Sesiynau Tylino Babi am 5 wythnos ar Ddydd Mawrth yn Penrhyndeudraeth
Amser y sesiynau yw 9:30-11
 
Bydd y sesiynau yn dilyn rhaglen IAIM (international association of infant massage) ac yn arwain chi i dylino corff cyfan eich babis yn ystod y 5 wythnos. Fydd bob wythnos yn focws ar darn penodol y corff a byddaf yn rhannu y buddion drwy’r sesiwn.
 
Yn ogystal a tylino eich babis, bydd cyfle i gyfarfod rhieni a gofalwyr erill ac cymdeithasu ar ddiwedd bob sesiwn efo panad o de neu goffi.
 
Mae’r sesiynau yn ffocysu ar dilyn arweiniad eich babis ac eu hanghenion nhw felly bydd amseroedd na fyddwch yn tylino, a mae hyn yn berffaith iawn. Byddwch yn bwydo, cwtchio, newid neu cael eich babi i gysgu, yr union beth fydd nhw ei angen. Bydd cyfle i chi ymarfer strocs ar doli os na fydd hwylia ar eich babi i dylino.
 
Bydd blanced ar gael ym mhob sesiwn, ond croeso i chi ddod ag un eich hun hefyd. Mae botel bach o olew a llyfrun ar gael o’r dechrau i chi gael i fynd adref efo chi.
 
The Baby Massage sessions will run for 5 weeks, on Tuesday in Penrhyndeudraeth. 
Sessions are 9:30-10:45 am
 
 
 
The programme will follow IAIM (international association of infant massage) and will guide you to massage your baby(ies) during the 5 weeks. Every week focuses on a different body part, I will share the benefits of massage for different areas of the body during the sessions.
 
As well as learning the massage strokes, during the sessions you will have the chance to meet other parents and carers to chat with a cuppa during every session.
The sessions focus is always on following your baby and their needs, meaning there may be times when you won't be able to massage babys. You might be; feeding, cuddling, holding your baby or may be helping your can practice the strokes on the doll if you are unable to massage your own baby during the session. baby sleep, whatever it is that your baby needs from you at that time.
 
There is a blanket for your baby during every session, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. There will be a bottle of oil and a booklet for you on the first session, these will be yours to take home.
